"I hold a beast, an angel and a madman in me, and my inquiry is as to their working, and my problem is their subjugation and victory, downthrow and upheaval, and my effort is their self-expression.” - Dylan Thomas

My allergies have been acting up today and they’re starting to affect my lungs. My airways are starting to tighten up but I’m running out of emergency medicine. I’m trying to not freak out so as to avoid making it worse, because if I can put off using my rescue inhaler then I can put off trying to make a doctor’s appointment to get another prescription. Mum already said she can’t renew any of my old ones. If I start having any more lung issues before I can get in to see a doctor I’ll end up in a really bad place.

Mantra for the evening: “You can breathe, you can breathe now…”
